Your information
Accounts are created by the administrator. We store your name, phone number, email (optional), birth details you choose to share, appointment and payment history, and messages exchanged with Hiraman ji. Birth details are used only to prepare your consultation.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card or bank details; we keep only the transaction reference and receipt.
Consultations
Guidance is spiritual and advisory. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled within the window shown at booking.
Security
Passcodes are stored only as one-way hashes; sessions expire automatically; all traffic is encrypted. Administrative access to customer records is logged.
